The Golden Archer collects the Rena and Stone you find in Devil Square and Blood Castle. In return he gives the two materials of the Blessed Archangel weapons: Steel of Heaven and Archangel's Hammer.

Where Rena and Stone Drop
Rena and Stone drop only from the monsters inside Devil Square and Blood Castle, nowhere else. Every kill rolls for Rena and for Stone separately, with the same chance as the Ancient set items in Devil Square.

Getting Steel of Heaven and Archangel's Hammer
The monsters in Devil Square and Blood Castle drop only Rena and Stone. The materials themselves come from the Golden Archer, the Chaos Machine and the reward for winning Blood Castle 8 (one item from its reward list).
